Tuesday, June 6: We continued the on-site team training, operating on four additional patients.
Wednesday, June 7: An official ceremony marked the end of this first stage, followed by a car transfer to Goba Madda Walabu University Hospital, where we were greeted by Doctor Kebebe. We installed and tested a second-hand Wolf laparoscopy column, acquired from Sept Medical and delivered thanks to Ethiopian Airlines and Doctor Kebebe’s team.
